Bright, clean, exclusive. That’s how this rosé cava with hints of pale cherry falls in love with everyone who holds it in their hands.
A great cava is born from a great wine, and so it is with this gem of a blend that was merged years before disgorging. With a slight aging that is noticeable in the aroma is how perfection is achieved.
The constant path followed by the fine bubbles ends in a perfect, idyllic crown.
The precise color is achieved with a maceration of the Pinot noir with the skins that dances between 3 and 5 hours. Just at that point it stops to leave the touch bright and pure.

Elaboration: Chardonnay vinified below 16ºC, Pinot noir maceration between 3 and 5 hours, 15 months rest in cava before disgorging.
